Who we are:
The Siberian Husky Club (Cebu) is a local, member-based, non-profit organization, soon to be incorporated under the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines.
Vision:
The Siberian Husky Club (Cebu) with its members will be a dynamic service organization, focused on being the authority for purebred Siberian Huskies in Cebu, Philippines.
Mission :
- The Siberian Husky Club (Cebu) will service the community of Siberian Husky lovers at large by giving support and guidance in all their Siberian Husky-related endeavors. SHCC will work so that members will be proud of their affiliation. The Club will recognize, promote, and publicize the actions of responsible Siberian Husky breeders and owners in the island province of Cebu.
- The Siberian Husky Club (Cebu) also continues educating its members on such topics as Siberian Husky health, training, breeding, care and legislation, through seminars, reading, and discussion. It sponsors events for dogs as sanctioned by the Philippine Canine Club, Inc., and to encourage all dog owners to enjoy their pets through a variety of activities.
- It recognizes that members who are breeders of SH, the best legacy they can give a Siberian Husky breed is to produce sound, well-tempered huskies that meet the breed standard as set forth by the Philippine Canine Club, Inc. However, they may impose stricter standards for the betterment of the breed.
- Lastly, The Siberian Husky Club (Cebu) builds friendships with other club members that go beyond the fancy, and have fun with and without our canine friends.
Values:
The Siberian Husky Club (Cebu) will embrace integrity, openness, honesty and compassion in its dealings with all of its members and non-member Siberian Husky enthusiasts. The Club never discriminates Siberian Husky owners who are still learning about the breed, nor does it discriminate huskies which does not conform to the standards set forth by the PCCI.
Meetings:
Our meetings, with or without our canine friends, are held every Sunday at 4:00 p.m.
